We ask the youth and caregivers who receive services from us to complete a survey so that we can identify any areas we need to improve upon. We also ask them open-ended questions about what stood out to them and what they appreciated most. Here are some responses.

My experience of visiting the center makes me feel very grateful for the entire team that works there, all very professional, thank you for the help with my daughter so she can improve her problem.
The only thing I would like is for the therapy not to end. It has been very useful for my daughter. I know that there are a number of children with difficulties who require services, but perhaps one visit a month could be something optional so that the children who need to continue with their therapies they didn't have an emotional shock when nipping it in the bud.
