This is the second two-day learning session for the Miami C-START project, a SAMHSA-funded project led by Kristi House to expand our community’s capacity to identify, refer and treat child sexual-related trauma. Clinicians, case workers, protective investigators and others will continue their training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from master trainer Michael de Arellano from NCVC at the Medical University of South Carolina, and from Dr. Elizabeth (Libby) Ralston of the Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Advocacy Center.
