Grief helps clients address the complex emotions associated with the loss of a loved one, a missed opportunity, or a transition in life. Exercises in this workbook and accompanying video emphasize different types of grief and different ways to grieve, addressing the importance of mindfulness, acceptance, self-care, and finding support throughout the process.
Using evidence-based approaches including acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), the series offers clients targeted exercises to build skills in managing a variety of mental health issues.
This is a workshop series. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged.
