This Suicide Prevention QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) workshop is designed to empower individuals as gatekeepers in suicide prevention.

The primary goal of the workshop is to provide participants with practical skills and knowledge to identify signs of suicidal ideation, engage with individuals at risk, and connect them to appropriate resources.

Participants will gain insight into the prevalence and impact of suicide and develop a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to suicidal thoughts.

The core of the workshop focused on the QPR model—Question, Persuade, Refer. Participants will learn how to ask direct questions about suicide, persuade individuals to seek help, and refer them to appropriate resources.
