We thank our amazing donors for giving the kids of Kristi House another heart-warming and successful holiday season. Throughout the month of December, over 250 child clients, and their families, were greeted by bundles of holiday cheer and gifts galore. Volunteers transformed Kristi House into a Winter Wonderland and every family was invited to walk through our transformed boardroom, the “Toy Store.” Children choose just what they wanted from tables of toys, including gifts for all their siblings. We had delicious holiday treats, caroling, fun arts & crafts, a Polaroid photo booth station, and a hot cocoa corner to complete the festivities. This year, thanks to the amazing contributions of our donors, every Kristi House teenager also received a gift card to complete their wish list. With your help, our children experienced the joy of the season and shared good times with their families. The smiles upon entering that room could light the way from Miami to the North Pole.

Over 50 businesses, professional organizations and individuals (our greatest number yet!) conducted toy drives and collected hundreds of toys, donations and gift cards on behalf of the Kristi House children. We salute and thank all you. This annual holiday joy we provide to the Kristi House children would not be possible without the amazing community support we are blessed to receive.

The families we serve at Kristi House come to us during their darkest times, seeking help for their children suffering from all forms of abuse. Because of your generosity, over 250 Miami-area families in need experienced love and joy this holiday season.
